Ouraset tanks leave behind six critical quality checkpoints before they are ready for shipment. The quality control starts at the arrival of the raw material. Throughout the welding process, each welding line is marked by the welder. This makes possible the monitoring of our welders' performances on a continuous basis. Later, each circuit goes through pressure test according to EN12978:2006 norms.
If everything goes fine, the tank soaks into 7 different pools where grease and other substances are cleaned off the steel. This is mandatory to have a healthy layer of enamel coating. After this long bathing session, comes the enamel treatment. The tank bakes at around 900 ° C so that the enatech enamel coating can stay on the tank for over a decade.
When the main body of the tank is ready the polyurethane insulation is injected between the body and the external coating. The final quality control makes sure that the product conforms perfectly to our customers' requirements.
This is why we can stand behind our tanks for a period of 5 years.
Besides the standard design and capacity tanks manufactured at OURASET premises, Ouraset has decades of experience also on the production of larger capacity tanks for industrial and other applications.
